My day out with Retail Direct

I recently purchased the HTC P3400 mobile phone from Retail Direct. I must tell you that I would really like to thank them for such a speedy service. As soon as I paid a visit to their portal, I was simply amazed to have a wide variety of products and services at the portal and add to that, the unbelievably low prices. I have searched many other leading online shopping portals but didn't come across anyone even half as good as Retails Direct.



I was so happy to get my hands on my HTC P3400 and the services offered by the group that I decided to write down my experience to encourage many other customers like me to shop from them. After all, a good service done never fails and I would like to make it stand right there in the hailstorm of fake portals who claim more and deliver less.

Let me give you a brief idea of my HTC P3400 purchase. I was about to buy a good mobile phone with a state-of-the-art functionality and vibrant looks. And since I have read about HTC previously, I was hardly left with any doubts. Some of the other self-proclaimed leading online portal does not have the HTC; I have my deep regrets for them. God, help them to come out of their shells!



And, after I made an online payment with my credit card through the safe and secure payment gateway offered at the portal, I was asked to wait for 10 days for delivery. I got a call from one of the Customer Care Executives confirming my order and astonishingly, I was able to get my latest buy, the HTC, with the promised accessories and warranty card, I was so happy. That’s what business is all about, making your customers happy.
