It was the dawn of February and the beginning of March, when the Mogul Empire was about to unleash its marathon history on poor Indians by the name of “Jodha Akbar”. For the majority who apt to get confused with the whole story line of Akbar and his Princess Jodha, better ruffle through the history books once again. Well I still fail to understand what’s wrong with the people. The director of the movie “Ashutosh Gowariker” is making something on his own term and that too for the people to get entertained, still he can’t be left aloof from the scorching heat of comments and protects.


For the rest who want to scream from the roof top regarding this whole issue please stop! Let the poor guy live his life and let him show his own capabilities as a director. Even if he is manipulating things on his own terms, I say, let him do so. What’s the harm? He is indeed a fine craftsman and we have already seen this in “Lagaan”.


Sometimes just to prove their worthiness people go to any extent. I wonder what difference it would make if the actual story is little tampered. Well, setting my case apart and few others like me, there are people who are extremely conscious about the historical derivates. For them history should always be produced as it is. No matter how hardbound it is. Coming back to Ashutosh Gowariker and his portfolio of fine craftsmanship, I am sure his latest release won’t be disappointing as predicted.
